Processing Time

Each item is created, finished, and packaged by hand to ensure quality.

Ready-to-ship items: Ship within 3–5 business days.

Made-to-order items: Ship within 7–14 business days, depending on complexity.
If there’s ever a delay, you’ll receive an update by email.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders of $100 or more before tax.
For orders under $100, shipping is calculated at checkout based on package weight, size, and destination.

• All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, and a tracking number will be provided once your package has shipped.

International – 10–21 business days (varies by destination and customs)

Damaged or Lost Packages

While we can’t control carrier handling once the package is in transit, we’ll work with you to resolve any issues or file a claim if necessary.
