Return Policy
We have a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return by emailing us at bluebourbondesigns@gmail.com
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping & Costs
Customers are responsible for all costs associated with returning an item and for arranging shipment back to us
We do not provide prepaid return labels.
Use a trackable shipping method; we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours; in those cases, we’ll make it right and cover reasonable return/exchange shipping if required.

Custom or personalized products (including special orders).
Sale items and gift cards.

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item (once approved) and place a new order for the replacement.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, please allow 3–5 business days for inspection and processing. We’ll notify you by email once your refund is approved or denied.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
